At Tiara's Dance Studio, we believe in the power of movement to promote children's physical and emotional well-being. Our studio provides a nurturing and supportive environment where children can explore the art of dance and express themselves freely. We are dedicated to helping children build confidence, creativity, and strength through dance.

Originally from Auckland - Tāmaki Makaurau, Tiara started her dance journey at the tender age of 5 years old. She began with ballet and completed her Advanced 1 RAD exam. Moving on to study at Unitec she graduated with her Bachelors in Contemporary Dance and Performing Screen Arts. She has certifications in NZAMD Jazz and Acrobatic Arts Level 2. With over 10 years of dance teaching experience she cannot wait to bring this to the community!

Acro dance is a unique style that combines dance and acrobatics. Unlike traditional dance styles, acro dancers incorporate tricks into their choreography without stopping in between. This style also emphasizes body contortion and gravity-defying tricks, making it a thrilling and impressive performance to watch.

Jazz

Jazz is a dynamic and versatile style of dance that is meant to be performed in front of an audience. It encompasses a wide range of genres, including hip-hop, jazz and ballet. To excel in jazz, dancers must possess both technical skill and the ability to perform with energy and precision, all while making the routine look effortless.

Tiny Tots

Get ready for a pre-school dance party! This class is all about the fabulous basics of ballet, laying down the groundwork for all kinds of dance magic. It's a blast of fun wrapped in creative, imaginative play that’ll have little twirlers dancing with glee!
